Plain-English summary
Providere is used to manage housing stock, tenancies, repairs, compliance, documents, and tenant portal access. Only the information needed to do that work is collected and stored, and it is kept for as long as needed for housing, legal, audit, and accounting purposes.
Providere is a software product owned and operated by Innovation X Ltd (company number 12193715), registered office 148-150 Century Building, Tower Street, Liverpool, England, L3 4BJ.
A housing provider using Providere enters and manages information about its own tenants, residents, applicants, employees, and other individuals within the system. The responsibilities of the housing provider and Innovation X Ltd for that information are set out in the arrangement between them, and are not restated in full here.

Providere does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking scripts are loaded.
Two cookies are used, both strictly necessary for the service to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a preference cookie that remembers whether the side menu is expanded or collapsed. Neither is used to track you elsewhere.
